Pre-Inspection

ACC Restoration will inspect your area of concern while noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. If permanent staining is a possibility, you will be notified prior to any work completed.

Pre-Treat

This is an incredibly important step is performed so no problems will occur to your carpet. Our safe, yet powerful solution, will break down and dissolve bonded soil.

Spot Treatment

We start our carpet cleaning process by using a spot treatment/ pre-spray solution on the toughest spots and the high traffic areas. Typically the carpets in these areas are easily recognizable as they tend to appear darker in hue than the surrounding areas. The high-end solutions applied are not only safe for you and the environment, they are specifically designed to penetrate deep into the fibers of carpet and break down bacteria, odors and grime.

Power Wash

If water is just removed from the carpet, the pad may stay wet and cause unseen damage later on. Our process assures the carpet and the pad beneath the carpet are thoroughly dried to prevent mold and water damage.

Advanced Drying

After the cleaning, your carpets are now set to dry. This is a quick process since little water is used. Because steam cleaning uses significantly less water than other approaches to carpet cleaning, the drying time is reduced. This is a serious benefit because not only will you be capable of returning to your normal activities quickly, but the risk of mold and bacteria growing is not a concern because there is no time for them to develop.

Post-Inspection
